Experimental study of neuropsychotropic activity

Objective. To study the neuropsychotropic activity of 2,4-dioxobutanoic acid derivatives containing a fragment benzimidazole as well to determine relationship between structure substances and their biological effects.
 Materials methods. The spectrum with was studied on experimental animals using open field, black-and-white camera, extrapolation deliverance tests.
 Results. A compound potential anxiolytic properties has been identified. dependence manifestation anxiogenic or in presence mono- bicyclic arenes structure, respectively, is shown.
 Conclusions. 2,4-Dioxobutane acids are interest for search activity. results structure-activity analysis should be used further targeted synthesis.
